When will everything be back to normal?
Our upgraded system will be fully live on June 8, 2026.

Will my account number change?
No — your account number will remain the same.
Will the routing number change?
No — our routing number will stay the same.
Will my direct deposits or automatic drafts be affected?
No action is needed. These will continue as normal.

Will I need to re-enroll in Online Banking?
Most customers will not need to re-enroll, but you may be asked to log in and verify your information.
Will my username and password stay the same?
Contact us for sign on instructions for your online account.
Will Bill Pay be affected?
Yes, Bill Pay will be impacted as part of the upgrade.
Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning June 4th at 4:00 PM ET
Your biller information will not transfer to the new system
Please save or note your biller details so you can easily re-enter them after the upgrade
eBill connections will be disabled on June 5th and will need to be set up again
Payments scheduled through June 5th will be processed as scheduled
Payments to include recurring payments scheduled after June 5th will need to be re-entered on or after June 8th in the new Bill Pay system

Will I receive a new debit card?
All customers will receive a new tap-to-pay card, with activation instructions. The new card may be activated on or after June 7th.
Will I have access to Apple Pay ®, Samsung Wallet, or Google Pay ™?
Yes — Beginning June 8th, you will have access to all three wallet services.

Is my money safe during the upgrade?
Yes — your accounts and funds remain fully protected.
Will my information remain secure?
Absolutely. This upgrade strengthens our security systems and protections.
How can I protect myself from scams?
We will never ask for your password or full account details
